Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on May 24, 2021 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held May 17, 2021
3. Consider the following:
• Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
• Receive and order filed the fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
• Authorize the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Consolidated Companies
• Authorize the Chairman to sign a contract with Paulsen, Inc. for project LCDOR
2021-01
• Authorize the Chairman to sign the right of way application submitted by Hershey Cooperative Telephone
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
• Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on May 17, 2021
• Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
• Motor vehicle tax exemption applications as submitted by the County Treasurer
• Notice of property valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
5. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider the purchase of a body scanner for the
Lincoln County Detention Center
6. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider contract with Marcia Trego as referee for
property valuation protest hearings
7. 10:00 A.M. Discuss a potential resolution creating an Inland Port Authority and
Inland Port Authority District in Lincoln County for the purposes of economic
development
