Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners to be held on September 24, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:00 A.M.

 

Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on September 24, 2012 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

 

1.         Open with prayer

 

2.         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting

held on September 17, 2012

 

3.         Consider the following:

  • ·         Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts
  • ·         Special designated liquor permit submitted by Chef Lalanne LLC for a reception to be held on October 25, 2012 at the Golden Spike
  • ·         Interlocal agreement with the Village of Sutherland for library services
  • ·         Interlocal agreements with the City of North Platte for Dispatch, Emergency Management Services and Network Services
  • ·       Authorizing the Chairman to sign a letter of understanding with Wilkinson Development, Inc. for vacating and temporary occupancy of office space

 

4.         9:10 A.M.       Discuss and consider referring back to the Lincoln County Planning Commission File No. AM 12-001, the proposed Resolution No. 2012-21 adopting the Lincoln County, Nebraska Comprehensive Development Plan Update 2011-2030, for further review, possible changes, and additional public hearing or hearings, because said proposed Resolution is being rejected by the Board at this time.

Discuss and consider referring back to the Lincoln County Planning Commission File No. AM 12-002, the proposed Resolution No. 2012-22 adopting the Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,  for further review, possible changes, and additional public hearing or hearings, because said proposed Resolution is being rejected by the Board at this time.

Discuss and consider referring back to the Lincoln County Planning Commission File No. AM12-003, the proposed Resolution No. 12-23 adopting The Subdivision Regulations of the county of Lincoln, Nebraska, for further review, possible changes, and additional public hearing or hearings, because said proposed Resolution is being rejected by the Board at this time.

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

 

5.         9:15 A.M.       Discuss and consider the following:

  • ·         Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on September 17, 2012

  • ·         Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

7.         9:30 A.M.       Discuss and consider interlocal ambulance agreements with City of North Platte, Sutherland Rural Fire, Village of Sutherland, Stapleton Rural Fire, North Platte Rural Fire, Maywood – Wellfleet Rural Fire, Maxwell Rural Fire, Village of Maxwell, Hershey Rural Fire, Gothenburg Rural Fire, Farnam Rural Fire, Curtis Rural Fire, Village of Brady, Brady Rural Fire, Wallace Rural Fire and Arnold Rural Fire

 

8.         9:45 A.M.       Discuss and consider approval of annual report for the Lincoln County

Department of Roads to be submitted to the Board of Public Roads, Classification

9.         10:00 A.M.     Discuss and consider going into a closed session regarding Personnel Matters in the Building & Grounds Department, which includes job performance and conduct being evaluated, to protect needless injury to the reputation of the individuals.

Possible Action – Discuss and consider action regarding the employment of the current Director (Department Head) of Building and Grounds for Lincoln County, Nebraska.

Possible Action – Appointment of an Interim Director (Department Head) of Building and Grounds for the purpose of supervising the Department, which includes authority to hire, terminate, and other actions regarding employees in that department that are appropriate.                             Continued next page…………….
