1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners
meeting held on August 15, 2011
3. Consider the following:
v Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
v Right of way permit submitted by Rural Nebraska Healthcare Network
v Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
v Lease agreement with the State of Nebraska – DAS – Building Division for
office space located at the Craft State Office Building
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on August 15, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
v Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
v Protest of notice of rejection on Homestead Exemption Applications
v Property Valuation Notice of Change Protest
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

child support enforcement services
6. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider application for special designated liquor
control license submitted by Fraternal Order of Eagles #2839 for an event on
October 15, 2011 at Creekside Event Center
