2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners
meeting held on August 8, 2011
3. Consider the following:
v Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
v Fee reports submitted by the Register of Deeds and County Sheriff
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on August 8, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
v Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

v File No. SU11-002 – Consider action on an application by Benjamin and
Ashly Margritz for approval of Jeffrey Fjords First Replat located at 19915
Sea Street, Brady, NE (Jeffrey Lake) described as Tract A and Lot 2 of
Jeffrey Fjords Estate II, Lincoln County, NE
v Reappointment of three Planning Commission members for a 3 year Term:
Kurt Pieper, Steve Koch and Rod Christmann
v Reappointment of two Board of Adjustment members for a 3 year term:
Jon McNeel and Frank Fleecs
6. 9:30 A.M. Discuss and consider setting a date for public hearing to receive
comments on the proposed 2011/2012 fiscal year Lincoln County, NE budget
Consider taking action to approve exceeding the budget limit by an additional
1% for the 2011/2012 fiscal year Lincoln County, NE budget
7. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider special designated liquor permits submitted
by Chef LaLanne LLC for events to be held at the Lincoln County Fairgrounds
on September 3, 2011 and September 24, 2011
8. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider accepting and filing with the Lincoln County
Register of Deeds Office the following conveyances to Lincoln County, Nebraska,
and giving authority to the Chairman of the Lincoln County Board of
Commissioners to sign the Real Estate Transfer Statement regarding the below
conveyances, to wit:
v Warranty Deed from Dawson County Public Power District dated August 9, 2011, regarding a parcel of land lying in Section 29, Township 14 North,
Range 31 West of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska, and containing
0.12 acres, more or less. A copy of said Warranty Deed, which includes
a complete legal description, is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s
Office for public inspection
v A Control Ingress and Egress Quitclaim Deed from Dawson County
Public Power District dated August 9, 2011, regarding a parcel of land
lying in Section 29, Township 14 North, Range 31 West of the 6th P.M.,
Lincoln County, Nebraska. A copy of said Control Ingress and Egress
Quitclaim Deed, which includes a complete legal description, is
available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for public inspection.
9. 10:00 A.M. Roric Paulman to discuss road maintenance and future road plans
10. 10:15 A.M. Closed session to discuss personnel matter to prevent needless
injury to the reputation of an individual
