Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting

held on May 23, 2016

  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

Discuss and consider setting a Public Hearing date on a proposed Amendment to the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” recommended by the Lincoln County Planning Commission, in which the proposed Amendment amends Article 11 of the “Zoning Regulations of The county of Lincoln, Nebraska,” and is entitled “PROPOSAL AMENDING ARTICLE 11: Amendments,” and furthermore instruct the Lincoln County Clerk to have the Public Hearing advertised (Notice of Public Hearing given) as required by law.
