Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on April 28, 2014 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.
1. Open with prayer
2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on April 21, 2014
3. Consider the following:
- Claims & Treasurer’ Receipts
- Special designated liquor permits submitted by Sculley LLC for receptions to be held on May 10th at Lincoln County Fairgrounds and May 17th at Creek Side Event Center
- Right of way permits submitted by Knapp Electric Inc. & JD McConnell
- Proposal by Associated Computer Systems Ltd for one year of system hardware maintenance on the AS400
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
4. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
- Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on April 21, 2014
- Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
- Closed session concerning strategy regarding pending litigation and to protect
attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the public interest
