Meeting of the Lincoln County Board of Equalization to be held on November 23, 2020 at the Lincoln County Courthouse in the Commissioners Room at 9:15 A.M.

  1. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting held November 16, 2020

 

  1. Consider the following:
  • Claims & Treasurer’s Receipts

 

Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.

  1. 9:15 A.M. Discuss and consider the following:
  • Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting held on November 16, 2020
  • Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
  • Motor vehicle exemption applications

 

Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.

 

  1. 9:30 A.M.      Discuss and consider declaring the County’s surplus property (scrap iron) in the Lincoln County Department of Roads to be surplus property which is obsolete or unusable by the County

 

Discuss and consider what value to place on the surplus property (scrap iron) located at the Lincoln County Department of Roads.

 

Discuss and consider selling the surplus scrap iron to Alter Metal Recycling at $90.00 a ton prepared and $80.00 a ton unprepared contingent              on the total value of the scrap iron under $2,500 or

Discuss and consider authorizing the sale of the surplus personal property which is/are obsolete or unusable by the County, by means allowed                under Neb. Rev. Stat. 23-3115.

 

  1. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider approval of Resolution regarding change in Blue Cross/Blue Shield billing cycle.

 

  1. 10:00 A.M. Discuss and consider acceptance of bids on motor graders for the Lincoln County Roads Department
