2. Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners meeting
held on May 31, 2011
3. Consider the following:
v Claims and Treasurer’s Receipts
v Fee report submitted by the County Sheriff
v Right of way permit submitted by Consolidated Co., Inc.
v Agreement with Travel Network Group for an on-line booking system for the
North Platte/Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau
4. 9:10 A.M. Discuss and consider appointment of Cody O’Dell to the North
Platte/Lincoln County Convention & Visitors Bureau Advisory Board
Recess as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners and convene as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization.
5. 9:15 A.M. Consider the following:
v Approve minutes regarding the Lincoln County Board of Equalization meeting
held on May 31, 2011
v Certificates of correction and refund as submitted by the County Assessor
v Notice of valuation changes as submitted by the County Assessor
Adjourn or recess to time certain as the Lincoln County Board of Equalization and reconvene as the Lincoln County Board of Commissioners.
6. 9:30 A.M. Public hearing to receive comments on proposed amendments
to the standards established in the Lincoln County General Assistance and
Medical Assistance Program Regulations and all amendments thereto
7. 9:45 A.M. Discuss and consider adopting a resolution to sign a project
program agreement with the State of Nebraska Department of Roads
regarding state wide fracture critical bridge inspections in Lincoln County
8. 9:55 A.M. Discuss and consider accepting and filing with the Lincoln County
Register of Deeds Office the following conveyance to Lincoln County, Nebraska,
and giving authority to the Chairman of the Lincoln County Board of
Commissioners to sign the Real Estate Transfer Statement regarding the below
conveyance , to wit:
v Warranty Deed from Olson Farms, Inc., dated May 24, 2011, regarding
a parcel of land lying in Section 26, Township 14 North, Range 32 West
of the 6th P.M., Lincoln County, Nebraska, and containing 1.18 acres,
more or less. A copy of said Warranty Deed, which includes a complete
legal description, is available at the Lincoln County Clerk’s Office for
public inspection
9. 10:00 A.M. Conisder acceptance of bid(s) for motor graders for the Lincoln
County Department of Roads
10. 10:15 A.M. Discuss and consider purchase of a color copier/printer for the
Lincoln County Assessor’s Office
11. 10:30 A.M. Discuss and consider appointment of the Lincoln County
Noxious Weed Supt.
12. 10:45 A.M. Closed session concerning strategy regarding potential litigation
and to protect attorney client privilege, which is clearly necessary to protect the
public interest
